You really are stupid aren't you?  Not to mention a self loathing closet case based on the sheer number of projections you post each day.  You don't hear me stuttering.  You know what else you don't hear?  Trumpy.  Not a peep.  You would think this would trigger a middle of the night social media celebration, claims of "Vindicated" or "Exonerated", a press conferences crowing about this development, bigly public remarks or even a fundraising campaign on it.  But nothing...not from him, his campaign team or his PAC.

Do you know why?  Because if the prosecutors want to, they can refile the charges.     That really should be common sense, but based on your posting history I can see why you didn't know that.  But they really don't need to with that big boy RICO charge sitting at the top.  It was probably redundant in overview anyway.

So instead of 91 charges, El Lardo now only faces 88.  Congratulations.

She prosecuted the Atlanta school cheating scandal under RICO and saw 11 out of the 12 involved were convicted under the Georgia RICO statute.

The RICO case against Young Thug is considered pretty damn airtight by most peer prosecutors.

The "No RICO pleas" is only for this particular case.  That is the four defendants that have flipped and become state witnesses and supplying evidence against the others.  It is not for her entire history. 

Two of the four (Jenna and Hall) are basically nobodies.  There was no sense in punishing them further.  Kraken is bat shit crazy and Cheeseybro is part of another ongoing investigation with the fake electors plot.  Which is pretty clear that he (and possibly Kraken) are just going to wind up throwing themselves off a cliff with their own actions.  Cheeseybro is already being considered on perjury charges.  By getting them to plead guilty now it gets them off the table, has them acknowledging their guilt and context of the entire subplot and gathers more evidence to against the other defendatns.   Nobody really expected GA to pursue all 19 to trial.  More likely they will purse 2-3 while using the others against them.
