marlins are drawing less than 10,000 people per game...... less than half than they did a year ago... can derek jeter turn this trend around????   stay tuned................. to put this into perspective the iron pigs the phillies triple a affliate routinely draws 10,000 per game per year,,, this based in a city with 130 ,000 population.. doesn't count surrounding areas..

     the first year they drew over 3 million.. this will be the second year that they will be under 1 million in attendance... if interested check out baseballreference.com for full franchise history...1993-2018..

Shitty attendance for the Tampa Bay Rays year-after-year as well.  Doesn't look like MLB flies in Florida.  Maybe MLB should contract? ... though the commissioner has spoken about expansion.

            i could see a team in Oklahoma and possibly las vegas esp with the new more open sports betting..

                as far as they totally fell apart after having a one and a half game lead or that they will aggressively go after harper and or machado plus some of the available free agent pitchers. ??? ??? ??? they have to keep hoskins at first base..

You’d think it would though with the large Hispanic population down there. I guess they play the game and don’t watch it?
