Hey guys. iv checke out the westside site, and apart from not 100% understanding everything there (JM presses, floor presses, board presses etc).
I am just finishing soon a 6 week higher rep period of training, and was thinking of doing power lifting routine now?
I like look of westside as it works on size and strength,any suggestions. 3 days wud b better for me,but i could stretch to 4.
