Posing Advice

Simple Simon:
the poses themselves are simple, its the transitions between poses that important.
With the 7 mandatories practice in front of a full length mirror, get the pose right and then close your eyes and get used to where your body is and keep working on it, after a couple of weeks hit the pose with your eyes closed and see if you can get it right in your head, then look in the mirror, when you can get it right with your eyes closed then you are there, people forget they wont have a mirror onstage.

Just practice transitions, I will PM my old routine from 96

Practice, practice, practice. Have a someone with experience critic your routine. Video your routine and watch the video with a critical eye.
