Overall good lift, would watch again.

That left leg was fucked prior to the knee surgery.  The thumb tape was from the cleans.  Using hook grip without it is a no go.  Bad enough when I do my dumbbell snatches the back of my thumb gets rubbed raw from the contact of the head of dumbbell.

Should have done 315...but I had more to do that I needed my hamstrings on.
