Last night I mixed chest and shoulders at the same time.

hammer strenght incline
hammer strenght shoulder press
hammer strenght bench
dumbell side raises
machine for lower chest
reverse pec deck for rear delts



....and now 3 days off for softball,golf,and drinking :)

I do 5 days a week. Cardio bores the shit out of me so it doesn't get done too often.
