Title: What's wrong with my back?
Post by: light1 on April 09, 2006, 11:17:13 AM
I have a tightness in the middle of my back.  Pretty much in the exact center around the spinal column.  I wouldn't describe it as pain, just stiff.  Any streches or exercises that I can do to help it?

getting a massage would probably help. Lay on a ball to and just stretch out. Massage will definetely help the most, put the misses to some kind of good work lol.

The stabilization ones should help.
