I had a situation like your, it usually had to do with stress at work. It had nothing do with the gym, don’t get me wrong. It could be both the gym and your job. Over stressed mentally can do that, all I could say that will maybe help. That's T&A lol, just kidding. Relax bro; this is what a doctor would say. Take it easy for two to three days. Do some freaking yoga, I'm joking again.
