Only about once a month.  My left shoulder is weaker than my right, so I focus mainly on one-arm dumbbell and machine presses on shoulder day. 

Tuesday is back day.

A.M.  3 mile walk with the boy and 30 minute Peloton "tabata" class (high intensity).

P.M.  Deadlifts - 6 sets
Bent over barbell row (underhand) - 3 sets
Close grip lat pull downs - 3 sets
Seated cable row (narrow) - 3 sets

Skipped pull-ups today.

Did some DB clean/presses and DB snatches today. With some abs and arms. :o

....Best part of the day was hitting golf balls earlier.

Good thing you did both straight bar AND DB curls to "confuse the muscle" and "hit it from a different angle".
