The fact that you don't even train for heavy stuff and do that kind of weight is insane.

Probably did 11 circuits so - no biggie.  Metal and Iron, 2 cups of Black Rifle CAF, Gorilla Mind pre.

Sled Pull Walk Backwards
Sandbag bear crawl drag through with 120lb sandbag. 
Landmine close grip rows with 3 plates.

30 min circuit  - 50 sec work - 10 sec rest.

10x

Jump Rope
Mountain Climbers
Single Arm Kettlebell Swings w 44lb 


10 minute cooldown on air runner.

21 min circuit  7x  - No Rest.

Air Runner at jogging pace

Ski Mill with reverse lunges


15 Min circuit - 5 x No Rest

3 x 10 reps Leg Press and Machine Chest Press
3 x 10 reps Leg Extension / Leg Curl - Flat Barbell Press
3 x 10 reps Cable Crossover  - 10 air squats

30 Min Circuit   6 sets -  30 sec work    30 sec rest

Heavy Sled Push
Dips (Aim for 20 reps)
Sandbag Steps Up on Tire (60 lb Sandbag on shoulder)
DB Snatch - 75 lbs
Heavy Sled lunge with chest press. 

15 min Circuit  - 1 min each 5x.

Walkout Pushup
Walking Lunges
Air Runner fast walk pace

15 Min circuit  - 1 min each 5x

Jump Rope
Assault Bike
Air Runner at fast walk pace.
