I been away from BB'ing for over a year now and i gots to get back on it and get my muscles back.Any way i'm thinking of maybe a full body routin or mabe half body split can any body rekomend a good1 for me?I look like shit now an needs to get my muscles back fast as posible!!

hey slin i didnt delete that routinei saw it and was about to respond to it later so i can confirm it was there.deleting someones routine in a thread like this is absolutely unacceptable. and whoever did it need to speak up.
