alejandro_torres:  You see now little kid.. You were doing alright until now. You just proved that you are a complete jackass and just like the rest of the morons in this forum. I am not even flexing in that shot and I already said that wolf was better than I was from the front. What are you trying to prove? That you are a dickhead?? Well you did a great job. This is the positive board and the point of reference was am I wider Than  Wolf? You just got yourself banned and for what kid.. for being a moron. This exactly why no more pros come in here and try to help you guys out... Because of idiots like this.

:)  i only posted a pic dude... didnt even made a comment... but it seems that since you only have the balls to be here and you have friends as mods... you can be the big boy here and talk whatever you want...

i give this post at least 5 minutes til it gets erased...

Which one is it King??????

I have worked with just about all of the so called gurus in the bodybuilding world and when it comes to the science of bodybuilding Milos is light years ahead of the rest. I learned more about body chemistry in 1 year from Milos than I did in 20 years of personal experience.

Insulin is not the answer.. Just look at the physiques of the 90's vs the physiques of today.. Not even close.

Another one for the OP.

What was your opinion of Ronnie Rockell? and why does he keep getting screwed to high heaven? for the last few years I'dve placed him in the top 6.

Stavios:  You are missing the point.. It has nothing to do with bashing it has everything to do with starting trouble for no reason.. This is the positive board and that's where I will keep it.

aussiepro:  Thank you for the props.. and you are entitled to your opinion which I will respect, but, you are making the biggest mistake when you say "no way you would come close to him now"... This is bodybuilding bro.. Any man can be beat on any given day. In my opinion I think Wolf looked better last year and Freeman and Melvin and Silvio and to some degree James looked better than him at prejudging. Be more open minded especially when it comes to a subjective sport especially the IFBB. I changed many things around since the Ironman Pro and made some killer improvements. I am still improving as we speak as I am still on Jim's program and Magic Powder. Where would I have placed in this years Olympia? In the top 10 only and only if I improved my conditioning by 2 -3% from the AC.

wordy:  I too think RR has a great physique (reminds me of a bigger Lee Priest or John Sherman). Ronnie is short and that hurts him and his color is always a bit off. He also is a little inconsistent when it comes to his conditioning and the judges tend to punish athletes that are like that. Also, he does not have a larger than life persona on stage.. Again that takes away from his standings. He is a great bodybuilder never the less.

Well maybe not bashing, but this is the positive board .

A discussion/debate is awesome, and need to be had on here, but there is a certain way u do it. And calling someone a delusional fool/has been isnt the way to do it :)

But im all for a debate, in fact we need more of them. Come on stavy, since ur one of the only guys on getbig who actually like bodybuilding, post here on the positive board here more and start some good discussions, we need it, and it would be a breath of fresh air on this dying board ;D

Sorry if you think I was trying to stir shit up, King.

Can you clarify what you meant by "Insulin destroys physiques".

I assumed you meant it was responsible for the distened adbomens.

I would start more discussion if my english wasn't as bad as it is right now !

sometimes I don't post my ideas on things simply because I don't know how to say it in english  ;D

I'm doing my best tho.

I'll try to participate more in the positive board

bigmc:  About 200 - 300 ml's of Synthol daily.

Stavios:  Conditioning and compact muscle brother.. Mo has the Lee Priest look and he is a nice guy which makes him a fan favorite. He made great improvements in a short period of time and was rewarded. I too think he should have been lower in the standings but he brought his A-Game.. Props to the man.

tbombz:  Insulin has taken away the aesthetics and given younger bodybuilders a fake sense of being bigger than they actually are.. That's it.

A fake sense of being bigger than they are?

Do you mean that insulin results in less-permanent muscle growth than, lets say, steroids?

i think he means that on insulin, you are so full that you think you are bigger but that's just stored glycogen

Insulin = bloat
Bloat = water and fat/not "real" muscle
