Had a massive pb yesterday on the squat. I've taken my stance out wider and I'm really trying to think about forcing my knees out and behind me. Seems to be doing the trick. The briefs are also a bit tighter now seeing as I've got a bit fatter. lol. Depth is there or almost there I think. Check out the very safe improvised monolift!
In Boss briefs and 2m APT 2XH knee wraps. I'm allowed up to 2.5m so I think I'm going to invest in a pair of the APT 2XH in that length and see where that takes me
