Okay. Being that I have been to both several times I've come to the conclusion that the Olympia is a better expo. I think there are more booths. And as for free supplements? Olympia gives ALOT more! They literally just dump the boxes on the table and it's just a free for all. Just clothes line that table! Arnold expo has people giving you the samples so you get only one or two samples. I do enjoy both though. Just prefer the Olympia expo.
