Who the HECK was that fool who attacked Bret Hart at the HOF ceremony?

I'm watching the replay of the 2019 Hall of Fame and while the Hart Foundation is being inducted, some goofball from the crowd jumped into the ring and tried to tackle Bret Hart and almost knocked over Natalya. The camera went to black and all of a sudden the ring is filled with wrestlers (including other Hart family members) protect Bret, before the cops nabbed the culprit.

Does anyone else have any information about this near-tragic episode?

There are some follow-up's on Instagram.
Apparently, quite a few people landed some good potatoes on the guy.

It's good he got arrested, but an @$$-whipping by the fans, on this dork, makes it even sweeter.

That was extremely disrespectful...Dash of the Revival tag team belted the guy as did Harry Smith.
