Reconstituting gear

Hey guys, this may be a dumb question so excuse me if it is lol, but a friend of mine had two bottles of test in his cupboard, he's trying to get his wife pregnant so he's actually been off for awhile, the bottles are like 7 months old, he asked if I wanted them, I ended up taking them, I've been on Dr. Prescribed hrt for a few years, so I'm kind of a newbie regarding this stuff. Anyway I figured maybe id take half an ml a week for awhile and up my total dose to 300ml a week. Because it being 7 months old, do I need to reconstitute it? If so how do you actually do it Lol?? Any help is greatly appreciated.
