hey Funky have you any routines from Brad Harris? i read he trained at Vince´s Gym so i guess some volume and some of Vince Girondas stuff in his Routine.

he originally started out training with fellow actor william smith when both were young. there were several articles in the mags like iron man and mmi but not all that much written on his training.
