Interesting... I live by the beach and get some crazy looks all the time and lot of smiles and wavings... I don't really have abs but do look pretty large I think.
Maybe that abs fad / chicks is just an urban legend. I see plenty of skinnies with impressive washboard getting the hand nevertheless.

Ironically enough I just started cutting today. But that's more because of the fact that I don't like the love handles I'm getting from drinking and not doing any cardio. :o

only because low body fat is goof for nutrient partitioning and for less estrogenic side effects do i keep low body fat (when i say low i mean i dont let it get above 15% )

And to be honest, i wouldnt even want to be 230 with abs! The amount of drugs id have to put in my body to achieve that would be disturbing.

Isn't that the truth.......bottom line... i admire the guys that diet and train for the healthy look, but getting big and fat strong is no easy task ;D

haha honestly, your right. It would take me so much time, energy, and FOOD to get big as a house, i wouldnt even want to do it. Therefore i have dedicated myself to going for the abs year around look!

Is being able to lift heavy important for you or are you satisfied with choking on the 8th rep w/ 185 on the incline followed by a subtile way to show your abs to compensate after racking the bar?
Do you want to look like you lift when wearing a T-shirt on or do you have to fake a face wipe with the same shirt to show that you ave abs.... ?
Are people suprised when you say you lift weights?
