Haven't worked out in 4 weeks or so. I am thinking I will go back tomorrow. Wouldn't have this issue if they had a damn smoothie bar, but when it's nice out and I have no smoothie to look forward to it's hard to stay motivated.

my friends dad rented a local dragstrip for his birthday. so i was racing all day and didn't give a fuck about the gym. i took all three of my bikes, it was my newly acquired bike first time at the track. it was fun because they weren't so strict, normally i get 1 or 2 passes in and they wont let me race again until i have a full leather suit.

and i only wasted 1 clutch!!!!
