I have a question for you ding dongs

since I have all the time in the world and actually enjoy cardio, assuming I do a fast walk on a small incline on the treadmill, what is the maximum amount of time per day that I can do cardio, and how many times per week? Also base it on 2500 calories per day (which I will gladly up if need be lol)

Are you lifting weights to ?

4 sets of really hard squats in the 10 - 15 rep range will continuing burning calories for upto 36 hours..EPOC do a search on it..

They need to be hard sets to not get to the rep range then put it down but example you get to 9 reps and feel you can do no more but end up getting to that or close to 15th rep.

Deads will do the same , also short bursts of say running stairs  for 12 - 15 minutes far does more for fat burning than 45 mins to 60 mins of "normal" cardio..

The beauty is it carries on burning calories for upto 36hours afterwards where is normal cardio only tends to burn it whilst you do it...

Its all in oxygen uptake , its brutal but works.
