I am wondering if full ass to grass squats are beneficial.

Every time I have done them I pull or tweak something stupid.

I literally strained the front inner part of my shin, and there's nothing there.

OR, I'm just suffering from extremely poor mobility and need to push through.
Probably just need to spread your legs.

Finally did 4x10 for pull-ups.
I took a a little rest before my last set and that’s not something I usually do.

Back to back weeks now, thinking of trying a underhand grip now.

Leg workout this week was like going backwards.
One of those times when you just struggle and are weak as shit :(

No idea why this happens, but it sure does.

Must be just a combo of hydration, sleep, etc.

My wife and I like to do trail walks but last spring she got plantar fasciitis.
She still gets it at times.

My company I work out for was bought out so my training schedule is a mess as I'm figuring it all out.
I did legs at  6:45 am this morning and shoulders and traps at 5:00 pm so I didn't miss a workout this week.

Surely they will not "reorganize" a man of your strength level?

I was driving around with my new boss today and he asked if I lifted before or after work...

...I told him both!
