my wifes is 12% now and she didnt get hers for the first time in her life, shes not preg, so we are guessing either the bf level or stress from her mom passing a few months ago... but probally the bf since shes been dieting for 5 months!
from what ive read anything below 15% can cause the period to cease..
she had all the symptoms craps weight gain from water ect... but no blood. she did add coleus forskoli the day that her period was do!
