the 1979 powerlifting championship world championship i mean was amazing for the whole week end. from pacifico to gant to saarelainen to kazmaier everone when all out at those championships.

Just thought this would be a good thread to start up. I love videos and pictures that just inspire and make you want to go and eat every weight in the gym. This picture of Roger Estep is awesome imo

Mark bell's video on "F*ck your elbow" talking about grinding through his own pain really helped me with my sports hernia injury.
