Or I could come down, there's a World's Gym in Red Deer.  Also a Gold's Gym in West Mall conveniently right by the waterpark :)
I'll start strength training right now ;)

LOL go easy, I'm pretty out of shape right now.

I guess I just got myself a goal!!

pace today was slow as fuck. All I did was squat. for 90 minutes. Up to 930x1. Got video, but dont know if I want to post it. Had gear issues and cut it a good 2-3 inches high. Went up easy though.

Squat suit is 2 sizes too big. Guess the same suit that I wore at 330 no longer fits at 287. hahaha

Side laterals/ military press/ bent over laterals/ front raises   4 sets

rear delt/ presses/side laterals,  all machines, three sets non-stop.

Too bad I can't stay consistent in the dieting game. I was just entering swimmer twink status about 2 weeks ago 190 and then I stopped dieting until Monday. Went back up to like 206. Down to 195 again.  :'(
