Started Tora yesterday. I think this week establishes baselines then it gets fun.

90/90 breathing
Elevated lunge x 8
Multi-directional lunge
Back squat - build to 5 RM of 85% of 5RM
4 sets:
Strict pull up
Weighted sit up x 20
10 min AMARP:
10 burpee
10 box jump
I did 133 reps.....leaderboard guys did 200......
5 min 90/90 breathing
Stretch.....yes, actually did it.
