25% Body Fat to 9% Body Fat

Matt:
Aside from a high protein, low carbohydrate, moderate fat [?] diet, dieting on as many calories as possible until your body adjusts to it, then steadily restricting calories to keep cutting, what else do most people do to get that lean?

I'd always say just eating less trumps cardio...but what sort of cardio "regime" is standard for those getting to sub-10% body fat?

What drugs?
