I set an interval timer - 1.5 min rest (walk) / 1 min work (shuffle run).....comes out to 12-14 min miles depending on how hard I push the work part.  Have to be careful though that you don't run, because that kills the ankle and hip flexors with the weight.

You can hit the numbers even w 30 sec shuffle

Yes, but honestly, doing it that way fucks with my music too much.  Every 25 sec the timer chimes to get ready, then again 5 sec later to start.  Annoying.

One of the gyms I go to added a sled and I did that instead of squats the last few weeks and when I did squats last night I was stronger.
