That one threw me for a loop the first time also...

'Efficient' means achieving your goals using the fewest resources (IE time, energy, effort, etc)

'Faster' means achieving goals using just fewer time resources.

IE: Using interval training to achieve greater aerobic results in 24 minutes than in 60 minutes of nonstop running.
