why with what we know about training, nutrition, supplements, steroids hasn't transcended to "normal" everyday people. Especially in North America? Why isn't this second nature for the well being of people. It's irritating that bodybuilding way of life isn't normal.
It's not as if I expect people to look like Milos Sarcev but where is the self respect to actually take care of your body. Why aren't people educated to think this way. Why isn't this mandatory in school. People can exercise all they want but majority don't know what to consume. Yes economic situations play a role but even people with money look like shit to.
Why hasn't the bodybuilding knowledge/method become normal, mainstream isn't the right word.

The same reason other knowledge isn't common among normal people. Knowledge of science for instance. Did you know most Americans still believe in Intelligent Design? That some God made the world in the last 6,000 years?
Actually most people believe Creatine is a Steroid and spot reduction is possible and that Pro's don't use steroids.
Some people have alot of knowledge when it comes to specific things. I'm willing to bet some people on here who know alot about fitness know squat about science and believe in intelligent Design. Just like some astro-physicists don't know much about Fitness.
The reason "normal" people don't know these things is due to the fact it's not readly available knowledge. If you want to know these things you need to "study" and "Research" something most peope don't care to do due to their lazyness.
