Flex magazine, terrible...!!

I have been a subscriber of Flex for about 4 years and when I first ordered the magazine I always received it within a week after it was published in the US
(I live in Europe). After Weider publications was sold to AMI the once great customer care has deteriorated to point of a joke. Not one issue has been delivered when it was supposed to and I have to BEG for my copy with several emails and often I do not receive it at all.

If I receive my mag it usually over a month late, and there is really no point in reading an old magazine.

Now I am missing the latest copy and their customer care hasn`t even bothered to answer me.


Time to subscribe to MD, I think...

for every issue of flex, you could get a copy of a porn mag instead  :P

Flex magazine subscription sucks! It'll be on the stands for a  week before you get your copy.  >:(

noze, yea youre right man fuck flex magazine, i get mine late every fucking time too, and they also send mine to a previous address when it was changed a while ago, the funny thing is that customer service tells me theyll extend my subscription, then 4 or 5 months before my subscription expires then bombard me with renewal notices that say "final notice" even after i pay almost immediately. ill be subscribing to MD soon, flex customer service is a fucking joke
