Just did squats with 10lbs today learning the movement with a bar. The flexibility is amazing you tell a child to squat and they goes full range of motion like nothing had to tell him he doesn’t need to go that deep. Also tried some deadlifts tried to explain keeping the bar close he did a bunch of reps with 25lbs just trying to learn those movements. The bench is where we put the most work did 3 sets and 3 singles again today. We did change his working sets from 15 to 18lbs. Then just did a single at 25 and 27 almost had 29.5. Worked some leg extensions as well then went for a long hike in the woods. Debating if we are going to go to the meet or not just enjoying training together honestly there is another meet this summer we could keep packing a little longer
