Tired of seeing MMA guys go into these celebrity boxing matches. Without kicks, takedowns, submission, ground and pound they are lost using only hand strikes. I would be interested if the celebrity gimmick boxing matches had a clause that the next fight would have to be MMA.

This current desecration of fighting is too much for me. I hate it. Of course, getting punched in the face is an incredibly stupid thing to do if you value your brain, but I still romanticize and admire the sport for its ability to illustrate values that we celebrate in people. Watching the influence of 'Worldstar' culture, YouTubers masquerading as fighters, and old men getting punched in their already-damaged brains for one last pay cheque is ugly.

I really don't think you should stop a fight if the man is still standing. Obviously, if he's being held up on his feet by being supported by the ropes that's different. Evander still had a lot of fight left in him and I think it was bullshit to let a great champ like that lose like that. If he was going down have some decency and let him go down like a man.

You're done a lot in your life and that’s awesome there’s a few of us that have done sporting achievements and a lot more that have or are still currently in great shape that obviously gets harder too maintain as we age with injuries etc especially as we head towards 50 and older whatever the case well done 👍
Lots of people have done a lot more and are a lot more successful than me on this board I am sure but I just don't like being called a liar when I share things. I am not bragging I am merely talking about my interest and every time I say anything some asshole calls me a liar.

Thats fair enough I’ve been on this board sparsely for 13-14 years and I found early on there’s no point trying too convince effectively 99% of everybody and anybody we will never actually meet or know of on these online forums of whatever we have done,
There are some good people on here like Wes and a heap of others that are genuine but obviously a lot more that just want too troll and try all the other angles too try discredit whatever you put out there
what matters is what you think and comfortable with the things your achieved so far your in good shape and your achieved a lot so that’s great.

Josh is 61 years old and just fat with parkinsons no less. And who said anything about Mercy Josh better get right with Jesus before I see him. These guys are about 25 years old and Big as hell not just fat. Also it is a boxing match not a fight. I think these guys would both have issues getting back up if taken down.
