I train legs the first day after a rest day during the week... so if I train 4 and take one off... day 5 becomes leg day, while if it's 3 on 1 off... day 4 is the day.
Basically, I have to have a complete day of mental prep before getting under the squat rack... mostly because I hate leg day, but I won't 1/2 ass it... so i need to prep myself
