If that one happens, look for the most obsequious, grovelling, over the top pomp and pageantry-style funeral in the history of the Western World... it'll make the fuss over Diana seem like a kiddies tea-party...  the UK gets pretty exercised when something happens to one of 'our' Royals and the country is feeling sorry for itself already with BREXIT and COVID so any excuse for a public display of grief...

Charles is a high handed hypocrite as well. Massive personal staff, plus an office staff on top. Massive personal carbon emitter despite telling everyone else not to.

Agreed.  Plus, have you seen his mottled port and sausage fingers and toes..?  They are the dictionary definition of gout - the disease of the landed gentry...

I asked my sister about this as she is a GP. She said looks like odema. Fluid retention due to cardio vascular problems

On the basis of your sisters expert opinion I think I will add Charlie to the list.  So I'm thinking Liz pops her clogs early doors in '22 and Charlie is crowned King, and then - in a massively ironic plot twist - he almost immediately shuffles off this mortal coil to queue behind his Mother (again) at the pearly gates ;D

He is only in his 70s and the symptoms can be alleviated and he can improve his diet etc. Might have another decade in him yet, he has a good lineage for growing old. He is still a pratt of an individual though.

It's from air travel in this particular case. Some bodybuilders can suffer from it as well to a lesser degree and can look completely waterlogged if they compete too soon after travel.
