The vast majority of my juicer buddies/co workers wished they would never have gone down that path, mostly because all of them thought they would run gear and look like Ronnie Coleman, where the majority of them don't even look like they are on gear.

I think the cosmetic benefits often end up being a lot less dramatic than what people are expecting.  Folks don't realize that the pros don't look stage-ready year-round nor appreciate the ends they go to to look like that for a brief period.
