Just watched season 1 - good show.  I still watch king of queens/Sienfield as TV is so bad these days.

At least John Snow found out who he really is in this episode, instead of later.

Jon Snow?

Are you talking about Aegon Targaryen?

:D

Trust me, brother:  it is a very, very good show.  I would not have started this thread otherwise.  (Yeah, I forgot my log in stuff for DCM.  I'm getting old :)

Besides, the dwarf is actually one of the cast's standout performers.  Everyone is good, as they g-damned well should be:  each episode has the production value of a big Hollyweird flick (eh, minute per minute, anyway).  If I were a part of such a show, making those kind of ducats, I'd let myself be horse whipped before reporting to the set each day.  That's not my thing, but at least I would be laughing whilst I limped to the bank :lol:

Jokes aside, I know you are smart.  The show isn't some uber-cerebral fare, but it's not for dummies, either.  Give a few episodes a shot, starting from the beginning.  It might not rock your world, but in an era of the Cardassians and their precious she-thing dad/mom/creature Bruised Gender, feminist reimagingings of every other fucking film or show and SJW programming in general, GoT is refreshing.  It does feature some women in very high places, but they are white, beautiful, and wouldn't be where they are without the swords and council of...gulp...care I say?  WHITE MEN?

It's true.  Granted, there are very prominent folk of other ethnicities.  Jason Mamoa's Drogo, or Grey Worm, or a host of others...but this is definitely not a "white people suck" show.  I call it R-rated Tolkien, only with better characters.

Give it a shot.  If you are truly disappointed, hit me up if you're ever in my neck of the woods, and the steak will be on me.  Or my wife's credit card, anyway ;)~

Valonquar = Little Brother

Cersei always thought that it was Tyrion who was the Valonquar that was going to strangle her to death (which is why she tried to get him killed so many times).

But in actuality, Jamie is actually a few minutes younger than Tyrion, so i wouldn't rule out Jamie killing Cersei at the end , strangling her.

Here are the candidates to strangle Cersei:  Tyrion, Jamie, Arya, and Euron.  Too simple for her story to end like that. It will be on the level of Hobor and Shireen.  Tommen is the only one who can't strangle her metaphorically. My money is on that little brother

When Tommen killed himself though, it made Cersei felt like she was strangled slowly.

Cersei blew up the sept and his wife and said Tommen betrayed her.  :-\

What does this mean K1? Is it foreshadowing to a never ending series?

It means it has come full circle, just like life.

Nibiru is coming.
