Any one hear about A.P being busted? If you have delt with him you might want to clean house. Lots of VIP and Veteran members on other boards are talking about him either being busted and cooperating with LE, or he has gone scammer! He is still taking orders and sending conf. emails out but is not shipping product. I have never delt with A.P. but I thought members on this board should be aware.

What other board? I find it hard to believe (I've delt with him in the past). Everytime someone gets behind or makes a few mistakes the rumors fly (i.e. busted, cooperating with LE, etc). However, time will tell.

First off Im not one too just spread rumors about sources! Board security over at ssb is telling all members to alert other boards. Ive been following this for a couple of days and word was given yesterday to put out the alert. He has been banned from ssb. Lots of members have not received, but he is still accepting orders. He has either turned scammer, or has been busted and is cooperating with LE. This is word directly from ssb board security as of yesterday.

This dude obviously is scamming. I received a random PM from him out of no where on SSB that stated his email addy for no reason, advertising to everybody. Also nobody has received their packs and this dude is still taking orders, fuck him.

I dont think its the real AP operating the email right now.all I know for sure is whoever is operating that email has scammed close to 200K from people. if it is the same ap operating the email the guy has hit an all time low! maybe in debt to some bad people.this is one of the worst situattions I have seen. if its the DEA operating his email watch for many people too be royally fucked.

Sometimes good sources go scammer, happens all the time. he might have gotten in over his head in debt and the only way to get his ass out of debt was to rip people off. sources are drug dealers, not nice business men who care about your well being.
if LE is involved you will know shortly...alot a guys use A.P. and if he got popped they will be going after the big guys.

Its legal for the police to lie, but you can be charged w/ a crime for lying to them.

If he hasn't turned scammer, and you can prove this, then by all means do so. As of right now there are hundreds of guys out there who have placed orders and not one of them since February has received anything.
A.P. stated that he was dealing with some family issues, true? maybe, but orders have still not come out. He posted on the SSB in April that all orders would begin shipping by the 30th of April, in order of money received, and so far no one has received one thing.
Now, he's been temporarily banned from the SSB and is no longer responding to emails. Several guys are estimating that he may very well have scammed an amount in the 6 figures. Maybe, but either way, there is no doubt that he is sitting on a pile of money right now.
Sounds like a scam to me.

If his son was diagnosed with cancer, I wonder if he had any med insurance. I wonder if this has anything to do with him starting to scam, to pay bills for his son. I hope everything is good with AP and he is just fallen behind, but I seriously doubt it! Shit has gotten way to out of hand to recover.

They are the Law, they can twist shit around like crazy. i've had friends get setup for selling rec drugs and it was definitely entrapment but in court it wasn't even an issue even with a very good lawyer.

possible. he could have been busted and lost all supplys and is trying to rebuild some funds and dissaapear.
who knows. seems like he was making alot of money without scamming so something went wrong. most likely busted or had so much heat on him he decided to retire with some extra money. time will tell.

I read on there that he allowed them to keep 250k in cash and his vehicle, plus has already pled guilty. He obviously is cooperating with LE and likely has coughed up some names. I dont think LE would go down the food chain and try to get to people who bought from him, but you never know.

If it is the Fed's who busted him, they will want to go "up the food chain"! Their policy is not to investigate small quantity dealers. There is a minimun that must be trafficed before the feds will even decide to take the case. However, that doesn't mean that they won't share the information with local law enforcement.

Gary Lynn Ward, 39, of Monroe, and David Ray Dean, 39, of West Monroe, both pleaded guilty before Magistrate Judge Karen Hayes to one count of distributing anabolic steroids.
They also had been indicted on additional distribution charges.
Ward and Dean were arrested in April after an undercover agent with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration made several purchases from their Internet business. The two admitted in open court they distributed steroids across the country.
While executing search warrants, agents seized steroids including Testosterone Enanthate, Nadrolone Decanoate and Testosterone Propionate and $259,000 and a vehicle.
The two agreed to forfeit the money and car.
Ward and Dean face up to five years in prison.

I know a few others who do that and its just plain right wreckless.. always use western union or moneygram no ID required have sender setup a test question. if you take payments by mail get a fake ID and setup a box at a mom and pop store use a fake business name.. dont be stupid or sloppy.

Yeah this country is ridiculous in this steroid witch hunt. When will the government stop talking out both sides of its mouth? They have no problem with tobacco, alcohol or firearms 3 things that have done more damage to people and families then steroids have ever even dreamed of (if they could dream). There is no comparison....think about it.
I would say if they legalized gear maybe it would be better, but the government will not do that.....not enough money in it! MAKE NO MISTAKE HERE - If CIA, DEA,FBI,ATF.... WANT YOU, all that effort will just make it take a little longer before they get you, and you'll be lookin at more charges/ time when they do. You WILL be broke either way, so dont let that bother you.

You're probably correct. If you bought less then 1K from him you're probably ok. Now the guys who bought like 2-3K within the last six months might feel a little heat though.
Overall, a sad situation. That's what happens when you get gready & too big - you get popped.

If you go with a UG, you're better off buying from someone small because there's less potential for greed and sloppy business practices.
Buying from an internet website is not the smartest decision either.

DIV, AP was a fine source until he got greedy - which happens the bigger you get. I used him several times before this (luckily I hadn't placed an order in a while).

It's only speculation at this point whether he is scamming or under pressure from LE to give up others.
Either way, I think you have to weigh the risk/reward potential with any source.

well it was the police that was taking the orders from april 3rd and on. they got roughly 100K from people unknowingly ordering that money will be forfeited to them. Those people adress's have probably been noted. big orders wherever they came from their local authoritys were probably notified. if you ordered from april 3rd and on you were talking to lousiana police.

My friend jost got some papers in the mail.United States of America vs. $93,029.50. I am ussuming that if he doesnt claim his money he is forfeiting his money sent to AP. Anyone else get this shit. Im sure you will if you sent money. My man Is freaking out. Should he call his attorney.

He is still reading through and it shows all email addys with name and addresses of those email addys for people who sent money during the sting op. First payment recvd by the feds was on 04-05-07 and last one on 05-16-07. Its shows WU MTCN #'s as well. Shit they even show what was ordered, how much it was and by who.

If they were going to do something, he wouldn't have gotten a letter - he would have gotten a visit. I would just treat it like a seizure letter, and do nothing with it. I definitely would never use that address again and clean house! Keep in mind though, the Feds can now connect your friend's user name and secure email with a name and address (or PO box).

Just like I argued in other post concerning feds and look what is happening here. And now all you have done is alert your handle and what board you use as a paying customer to AP. You need to talk to a Federal Attorney and educate your self just how easy it is to be involved in a conspiracy. And yes, if what your saying is true and the fact you just posted it on this board, and likely with an unblocked IP addy, you are involved in a conspiracy alright. Just do yourself a favor and listen to an attorney and not me or anybody else posting a response.

I wouldnt do a thing. The fact remains it would be on them to prove your friend did this, yes, they have a papertrail, but thats still tough to prove. They do not have him holding anything, or on tape giving any money, etc.
I said this last week, most likely that money is now theirs, I said you would get a letter saying they have your money, and you can claim it, which nobody will. This is what they do when the bust money coming across the border too.
Just dont do anything, and sit tight. This will play itself out one way or another, dont admit or do a thing. I am guessing it will pass, at least for the small ones. Maybe big guys they will try to get, but its just too much to prove for a guy making small orders.

First payment recvd by the feds was on 04-05-07 and last one on 05-16-07. Its shows WU MTCN #'s as well. Shit they even show what was ordered, how much it was and by who.

If they were going to do something, he wouldn't have gotten a letter - he would have gotten a visit. I would just treat it like a seizure letter, and do nothing with it. I definitely would never use that address again and clean house! Keep in mind though, the Feds can now connect your friend's user name and secure email with a name and address (or PO box).

I dont think there is anything small time about 100K in less than a month. in this game everything is double or triple profit so making 50-60grand a month is not bad at all. thats worth going after I know alot of citys local police and DEA would be all over that sh*t.

A buddy told me that a while ago something similar to this happened with another source. He said he got a visit from LE while he was at work! They pretty much just told him never to do it again and that they were watching him. Nothing more came of it, he was a pretty small time buyer relatively speaking.

Theres a lot of big fish to fry. A Ex IRS/FBI agent I know says, "It takes $1,000,000+ min back taxes to get IMMEDIATE attn". But small investigations go on and on...
If you need a Atty, make sure you get a experienced defense atty. NACDL lable.
The last legal fees here, for run of the mill probate work ran me $200 hr, billed @ 15min minimums...
That is, a 2 min Phone call is - $50! >:(
And, The damn Legal bills allways continue to come in for MONTHS after the issue is dead and gone.

I think people are getting way too paranoid about this AP shit. So they know everyone's order for the past two years. If you've ordered a small ammount they're not going to waste the time to go after you - it wouldn't be worth the officers time, DA's time, & judge's time for a couple hundred dollars in steroids (most of whom don't have the gear anymore). The people who should be sweating are the guys who ordered $1000's (& actually got the gear). Other then that I think it's a scare tactic. Think about it for a minute. They put the word out that they know everything sold by AP for the past couple year & who bought it from him that's bound to scare people. If anything I'd be welling to bet they're trying to scare people out of the business & I'd bet they did (maybe 25-30% of those who bought from him). I've also seen several sellers closing up shop.

Look guys the feds assume some guys are really fucking dumb. Thats why they're sending out letters to claim etc. They don't have the resources and hopefully don't have the inclination, to go after all of the regular guys who are ordering for themselves.
I agree though that all of this has become too risky to be involved in. Just not worth it anymore.

I was wondering the same thing. It sounded at first that it was for collections from April to May. But then you keep hearing 2005. There are guys on here that have said list in hand. Should be easy enough to clarify.

the letters are just a formality.. they arent trying to get more people by having people respond.. they have to follow the laws and it states that any parties involved in a seizure have the right to dispute it.. same as if you were arrested with drugs in your car and had 5k on you. you have the right to dispute the funds seized were not drug related etc.. this is a little different cause nobody has been arrested that lost $$.. i would be shocked if that list wasnt forwarded to the local police for the guys that spent some big dollars.. its easy to pick out who was a personal user and who was a dealer..

You would think so. I'm starting to think that some of the people stirring the pot are not who they appear to be. Seems spreading fear and panic would be something that LE would want to do. I'm not accusing anyone of anything, all I'm saying is that until a credible vet or mod clears up the whole "list" thing then something seems fishy.
What are the dates on the list? That should be good enough even.

Maybe he did, but hummmm, how would it be that only Gymace has this list 'in my hands' that dates to 2005? Nobody else has posted that, they have only posted that the list was either from the bust date in April or no date at all was mentioned. Besides, TWO YEARS worth of names and addy's doesn't add up to 12 pages. Seems like it would be A LOT more...
I'm not saying that if you ordered from AP before those dates then you are all good. You should clean house and hard drive if you ever ordered, but this whole 2005 thing from gymace is suspect at best imho.

the list itself is from early april to may.. thats the time they ran the sting operation.. you have to assume AP had emails and client list from just before that.. did he give the list of clients back all the way to 05 i have no clue but the federal docs were from april 5th til may15th or so.. if you placed an order between those dates you are on the list..
he was busted on april 3rd.. the feds put the sting into effect real quick to start taking order on april 5th.. the same reason this bust never came out publicly til after the sting..

I think what G Man says is correct (only an assumption). When we hear 12 pages versus 20 something pages, I believe that to mean 12 front and back and once scanned into PDF format, 20 something.

Depends if your locals are bored. If the feds don't feel like spending the time on the small fish, the feds WILL contact the locals and let them decide if they wanna mess with you or not.

the letters are just a formality.. they arent trying to get more people by having people respond.. they have to follow the laws and it states that any parties involved in a seizure have the right to dispute it.. same as if you were arrested with drugs in your car and had 5k on you. you have the right to dispute the funds seized were not drug related etc.. this is a little different cause nobody has been arrested that lost $$.. i would be shocked if that list wasnt forwarded to the local police for the guys that spent some big dollars.. its easy to pick out who was a personal user and who was a dealer..

You would think so. I'm starting to think that some of the people stirring the pot are not who they appear to be. Seems spreading fear and panic would be something that LE would want to do. I'm not accusing anyone of anything, all I'm saying is that until a credible vet or mod clears up the whole "list" thing then something seems fishy.
What are the dates on the list? That should be good enough even.

I would advise anyone who ordered big to read the Collins book and that way they'll know how to proceed.
Find a lawyer and point out the specifics of what is considered personal vs. distribution amounts.
That will save them in the long run.
That, and have their lawyer consult with Rick Collins if the going gets rough.

That's where it came from - he pasted it. They did have a narc inflitrate AP - he was selling over there when I thought he went private (my guess would be he got gready).

The open source boards are hosted off shore in countries that will not cooperate with the US! Most if them in countries where hormones are legal.

Yeah I agree about 50/50. The safest bet now would be live close enough to a border city and do the once a week thing or local connections. Forget this internet order biz... You just never know. The heat is undeniable.
