Title: A question about measuring arm size???
Post by: bigtmoney on December 27, 2005, 11:37:02 AM
I was wondering how arm diameter is usually measured?  I keep hearing and seeing that people have 20+ in arms etc, is that measurement taken with the muscle flexed?  Or Are their arms 20+ inches and upwards before being flexed?

There is a special formula to follow when measuring arms.

What you have to do is superset bi's and Tri's for about 35 sets and run and find an empty room (This part is very important- you dont want anyone to see you.). Then take a tape measure and very loosely place it over your flexed and pumped arm. you then take that measurement and add 20%.  The resultis is your new cold arm measurement. ;)
