Nothing bad about it.  Julie and I are absolutely blown away!  It's a really exciting start to the year, first the FLEX issue and now this. 

She had been slated to be in the MF Hers later this spring, but was told it got pushed back to another issue...

This WORKS though!   ;D

We had let our subscription slack for a couple of months and right after Flex came out re-upped both.  So we missed this issue's release...LOL!  What are the chances.

Anyhow, good hearing from you Mike, stay in touch!

Another Great job by the folks at M&F!

I'm not sure if anyone else knows about what goes into these shoots, but M&F actually had someone there on site to review and make sure proper form etc was being captured for the shots.
 
Along with all the other prep stuff like interviewing/makeup/wardrobe/hair/etc...they took the time to make sure what exercises they share with us are presented with safe and effective form.  Amazing what goes on behind every issue!

Rick, you guys going to be up there this weekend?  I've decided at the last second to go.  Got a room lined up this weekend.  Although, not sure I'll be around the expo that much.  I'm still burnt out on all this crap :)
