Hello,I am 20 and have had spots for a very long time .. since I was 16. I seem to have tried everything! but nothing works..I really want to get rid of them naturally, Can anyone help?

It's acne I think STella , that's what they call it across the pond  .. plus the spam in "her" sig leads me to think she won't be back for any real help

I've heard that thing might actually work!  Might be worth it for those underground monsters!
