I was hoping one of the ladies could give me some help and advice, my wife is looking into breast implants and I am trying to help her but being a guy I dont know much in terms of offering advice on size, what type etc. The stuff i can tell you is that she enjoys working out a lot and is a small girl (32A) on a 5'4" 120 lbs frame, she is lean, not fitness comp lean but lean, she is looking to find a type that looks natural and doesnt have a effect of looking like "two grapefruits" (her words not mine). So if any of that ladies have any ideas or advice as to what they have done or seen done it would be really appreciated. Thank you so much ladies in advance
