lol. I told my daughter the same thing last night. She is difficult to look at, particularly when her boobs are hanging out of her dress, but she can really sing.

But I think Melinda is the one to beat.

I chose Stephanie to leave tonight. There is something going on with Indian call centers, I saw it on Good Morning America, I think thats why Sanjaya is still on the show.

Sanjaya needed to go beofre Stephanie and Sundance. As a matter of fact he was stunned when Sundance was picked to go home, you could see it in Sanjaya's face.

Without looking at dialidol, here are my top 3 and bottom 3 based on tonight's performances:

Top 3:
1. Melinda: She is awesome. Just give her the trophy already.
2. Lakisha: Please put the boobs away. Please . . . .
3. Gina: One week wonder.

Bottom 3:
8. Chris Richardson: He sounds like one of the chipmonks (from Alvin and the Chipmonks).
9. Chris Sligh: Good singer, but bad performance.
10. Sanjaya: he is just weird. And can't really sing all that well. The mohawk was just goofy.

I saw that Indian kid sing for the first time the other night. He's well out of his depth, and he knows it.

I really wouldn't be too surprised if he won.

Sanjaya has "STAR" written all over him. Not because of his talent, ...but because of his ability to attract controversy, and his exploitability. He will sell albums, as well as tabloids. He will rake in headlines like Britney, Lindsay, and Anna Nicole (without the drugs)... and that wierd hairdo... That little kid is going to go far. mark my words. Someone will snap him up and exploit the crap outta him

I thought Melinda was flawless as usual, but other than that I agree they were by and large boring.

If Haley hangs around it is because she shows a lot of skin.

I can't believe they're keeping Sanjaya around. They do this every year. Bucky and Chicken Little from last year sucked too.

Yes, but Taylor was/is a fantastic performer, his singing is so-so, but he was very entertaining. Chris was obviously heads and shoulders above the rest(although I like Elliott myself), but Taylor just had something that made people like him, I don't see anyone this year with similar qualities. Plus I miss Katharine, she is gorgeous.
