Well, Tom Prince comes to mind. That whole "Even if I wanted I wouldn't be able to get below 200 lbs after retirement" is the epytome of cynical acting, in my book!!!

Plus, the guy has serious mental issues. He can't be normal, just like Bateman.

Very true, but don't forget that a large part of the whole Bateman persona is the ability to convincinly being a major cynical bastard. Only good looks are not enough. You have to be able to be a big time asshole - a quality that Mr. Prince is a doctor honoris causae.

If they had made even 10% of the book into the movie...well....they wouldnt have been able to release it in US theaters.
