I walk around at 220 or so, sure my body composition is a bit different at the moment due to no training or supps but I am 4 weeks away from being 220 at around 8% BF.

I have spent 30 years building a physique, sure I havent ever been 250lb, I wasnt dumb enough to think that was a realistic expectation

Here is my 1st ever comp in 88 and my last comp in 96 before I "retired"

about 20lb weight difference

I need to get back twisted a little more and rotate the arms to see the biceps but can see some back abs some glutes and hamstrings coming in. Did this pose once so again I know it’s not ready but has potential
