I did a big job for a guy at Moderna who worked on the vaccine and he had 7 kids and said to me in December 2020 that he would not let his kids get the vaccine. i think you still get it, but it don't spread that much if you are vaxxed.
The picture seems to be a extreme simplification with these absolute numbers.

Maybe you lower the viral load but people still get it from you?
