Weird he looks small in that shirt and the only thing that he appears to have is pecs which is the opposite.

As the haters would say he doesn't even fill out a large t shirt with his 16 inch arms as if T shirts don't come in a wide range of sizes

Isn't that lower leg condition fixable with a surgery ? Looks like complete garbage

The real answer is, no it’s not really fixable.

 I have a bodybuilding friend. He lives in Las Vegas. He has tons of bread- he’s loaded. He has very similar symptoms (not quite as pronounced). He has seen multiple vascular surgeons. He has had ten (10) procedures. The symptoms and condition has improved but it still looks very bad. He’s trying hard and he’s rough but the surgeries are wearing on him.

one more time … I spent a fortune getting rid of the same kind of varicose veins ( just as bad as Nicks ) “ vein stripping / burning and pulling them out) my legs were clear of them ..   they came back slowly but surely ….
