Ate spinach recently I think I’ve developed a stone , lower back is very tight


Been drinking apple cider vinegar and water and olive oil

Maybe a soda is what I need


I was doing just fine before eating a pizza everyday apple juice and 1 monster drink a day

Until I started eating spinach

I’ve had three over the years. Only one of two ways to get rid of it……pass it or have a urologist get it out. The urologist will either fish it out or zap it to pieces with laser lithotripsy.

I don’t take very much of it.

Spinach was what I very strongly suspected as well.

You want to take in acids like lemon and ACV.

You can only eat natural forms of calcium going forward or you could be in big trouble.

Sugary soda will not do it as the sugar molecules coccoon the calcium oxylate, but diet soda will, particularly Diet Royal Crown Cola.  Tab is still the best for this though.

Take Buscopan , it allows your tubes to widen and may allow the stone to pass

My mum takes this for gallstone pain. Works wonders,  but I think it's banned or not prescribed in the US. They tend to do this a lot with cheap and effective medication.
