Take a look at muscleegg.com  It is an excellent product.

The best part is you can make your own for a fraction of the cost.  Buy liquid egg whites and Fairfield (or whatever the name of it is) low fat, low sugar chocolate milk at the grocery.  1 cup egg whites and 1/2 cup chocolate milk = over 30 grams of protein and tastes awesome.  And for under $1.25 per serving.  $5 will get you 120 grams of protein per day.

This was the same revelation you had years ago when you were in shape that led you to the fat.

Those dudes just have a different genetic makeup.

Nothing in my post said anything about "free".  Pointing out how your lack of reading comprehension illustrates your stupidity would be redundant since you are already Irish.  You people can't even grown potatoes fast enough to keep from starving.  Bunch of alcoholic layabouts.

Best thing about the recipe I posted is that broke ass Republicans in the red welfare states and buy the ingredients with their EBT cards.

Ditch the protein powder and just drink the chocolate milk with whole milk and you'll get all the protein you need.

A cup of hot Ovaltine in the winter really hits the spot. I sometimes add orange juice to a protein drink which makes it taste sort of like an Orange Julius.

Here's a recipe for Orange Julius just add whey protein and your good to go. I don't add sugar and I use regular orange juice not concentrate.

1 cup milk (whole, 2%, or skim)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup sugar (or sugar substitutes, check package for equivalence)
1 1/2 cups ice

5 whole raw eggs = 30-35 grams highest quality protein with all essential amino acids.

About 60 cents.

Mix with 2 tbls unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon stevia, water, ice cubes & blend.

Yup, that's what I do. When buying premixed protein drinks from Costco, I get vanilla flavored. If I make the drink from powder, I use fruit or fruit juice.

Ironically Ovaltine manufactured the first legit(and some still consider the best) protein supplement in the 50s, Rheo Blair's Instant Protein. Low heat processing of milk kept all the amino acids in usable form, whole eggs, and the 2:1 Calcium to Phosphorus formula. Vince Gironda and all the true oldtimers(way before Arnold) were making gains naturally on this stuff in the pre steroid era.
