In my opinion that sounds like racism and white supremacy. You are basically saying that they are so dumb and incompetent that they are like children and aren't responsible for their actions.

They have no agency. Nothing is their fault. They are helpless. The white man is responsible for all of their problems and he's the only one that can save them.

So which is it? Are they equal to whites or not? If they are equal, then "it's not their fault" is not an acceptable excuse.
