However, it is not to be interpreted as:
More pain, More Gain...

..as the HIT guys do. Just because you go to all out failure, past failure, supersetting with more exercises to failure followed by more dropsets to failure doesn't mean you'll start growing like crazy instantly.

..as the HIT guys do. Just because you go to all out failure, past failure, supersetting with more exercises to failure followed by more dropsets to failure doesn't mean you'll start growing like crazy instantly.


I'm on my first week of HIT so we'll see about that.

I had you in mind when I posted that, though it is not meant to offend you (or directed towards you). It is merely my opinion on the suject.

How often are you hitting your bodyparts on this training regimen?

I'm not offended at all. It's supposed to work. That's all that matters.

Every muscle is trained once a week. I started an HIT log. Check it out when you have the time!

Intensity will work on any program. With HIT you have to go further into failure because there are no other sets in which to spread out the same work.

Pain's a good thing as long as it's within the context of effective exercises-"good" pain that's hitting muscle tissue.
